Rates and Insurance

My practice is private pay, so direct payment is due at the time of service.

I’m not in network with any insurance company, and I don’t provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.

If you need to use your insurance for therapy, your plan’s provider directory is the best place to start, and you can contact the therapists listed there. If you live in Tennessee and need to use insurance, I recommend The Journey Center for the Healing Arts.

Because you’re paying without insurance, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of what your care will cost. You can read more about your rights under the No Surprises Act on the CMS website.

I’ve listed every price below, along with how payment works, so you'll know the cost and what to expect before you schedule.

Cost for Counseling Services

  • $450 for a 90-minute initial intake session

  • $225 for a 45-minute ongoing weekly session

How Payment Works

When you schedule, you’ll request a time in Sessions Health, my HIPAA-compliant scheduling and record system, using the link below. I’ll confirm it within 1 business day. You’ll then get a text from IvyPay asking you to add a payment method (this allows me to charge you without handling your card information). Your payment method and your intake forms are due 24 hours before your first session.

Clinical Supervision

  • $150 for a 60-minute individual session

  • $200 for 2-hour group supervision (monthly)

  • $100 per person for a 60-minute triadic session

I run two monthly supervision groups, with adult providers meeting on Mondays and child and adolescent providers meeting on Fridays, and both groups meet from 10am to 12pm Eastern Time.

Before we start supervision, I require a (free) 30-minute consultation to ensure we’re a mutual good fit. You can schedule your time for that on my calendar at the link below.

Professional Consultation

I offer professional consultation to therapists and other healthcare and wellness providers who want to consult about ethical or clinical questions, including questions about AEDP, or working with children, teens, and parents.

  • $225 for a 30-minute session

  • $450 for a 60-minute session

I can review your materials for up to 30 minutes before we meet, at no extra cost. If you need a longer training contract, we'll set the price together based on what you need.
