counseling
$400 for a 90-minute initial session
$225 for a 45-minute regularly scheduled session
$110 for a 30 minute session (non-regularly scheduled; pre-arranged)
Supervision
$120 for a 60-minute individual session
$75 for a 60-minute group or triadic session
Groups for child & adolescent providers and adult providers available.
consultation
$225 for a 30-minute session
$350 for a 60-minute session
Includes up to 30 minutes of review of materials and information prior to scheduled meeting time. Longer contracts of training are available and price is negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Insurance
I am not an in-network provider for insurance, nor am I able to provide superbills for out-of network reimbursement. Please see here for information on the No Surprises Act.

Welcome!
As a therapist with a PhD in counseling from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and experience in various counseling settings (from general mental health to play therapy to teaching), I bring both clinical expertise and teaching experience to online therapy, supervision, and consultation. My expertise includes supporting parents and caregivers, adult therapy, and teen therapy, with a focus on reducing anxiety and improving relationships. I am a Level II AEDP therapist and have training in interpersonal neurobiology, advanced training and certification in play therapy, and certification in providing services online.
